In the evening, Chef Christian will be your “Culinary Guide,” his unique perspective on classic dishes such as Roasted Game Hen and Lamb Chops are balanced by a plethora of Bahamian classics like whole fried Snapper and Cracked Conch (there is a “Land or Sea” option every evening.) His tremendous talents in flavor blending will provide you with an epicurean experience that is certain to rival the day’s fishing in your memories!
